Andrew Austen, aka “Jimmythekiiid,” is an adaptive athlete first and a golfer second — though being a “washed-up” athlete these days mostly means golf. Born in the Philadelphia area and now living in Charleston, SC, Andrew has dedicated his time both on and off the course to raising awareness for adaptive sports through his golf content and by inspiring the next generation of athletes. When he’s not on the course or creating videos that highlight adaptive athletics, you’ll find him coaching middle school baseball and basketball — helping kids not only improve in their sport but also understand that ability (or “disability”) never defines potential.

Matt Kelly, President and Coach of Navigators Adaptive Sports, delivers an address reflecting on the organization’s mission, accomplishments, and the extraordinary athletes who define its purpose. His message celebrates growth, teamwork, and the vision for the future of adaptive sports.
After her amputation in October 2023, Meredith joined Navigator Sports and quickly became a multi-sport athlete. She began in swimming, then discovered her strength in track and field, excelling in shot put. As passionate golfer, Meredith competes with the Eastern Amputee Golf Association and played in the 2025 U.S. Adaptive Open. She continues to push her limits in both adaptive golf and track and field.

We are excited to have representatives of Penn State Adaptive Athletics joining us for this year’s Gala!
Help us fuel dreams, unlock potential, and create a future where every athlete has the tools to succeed. Let’s celebrate what has been achieved and ignite what is yet to come!
